Every product we create is handcrafted with care, formulated using ethically sourced, organic ingredients, and thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. We stand behind the quality of what we offer. However, due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Sanosa products are made with natural, perishable ingredients and are designed for personal use. To ensure hygiene, safety, and purity, we cannot resell any items once they’ve left our storage—even if unopened. For this reason, all purchases made through our website or verified sales partners are considered final. This approach ensures that every customer receives a product that is untouched, untainted, and safe to use.

Final Sale Policy
All items purchased from Sanosa are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a product is ordered and shipped, it is no longer eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with product performance, allergic reactions, change of mind, or mistaken purchase. We encourage all customers to review their orders and product details carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Product Understanding and Usage Responsibility
We believe in transparency and empowerment through information. Each product on our website is accompanied by a detailed description, ingredient list, and usage guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are aware of what they are purchasing, especially in cases where they may have sensitive skin, allergies, or specific health conditions. If you are unsure about the suitability of a product for your individual needs, we recommend consulting with a healthcare or skincare professional before ordering.

Natural Variations Are Not Defects
Because we use real, raw, and plant-based ingredients without artificial stabilizers or synthetic colorants, you may notice slight variations in color, texture, scent, or consistency from batch to batch. These natural changes are completely normal and a sign of purity, not a defect. They do not qualify for return or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we do not accept returns, we absolutely do take responsibility in the rare event that your item is delivered damaged, broken, or you receive an incorrect order. If this happens, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the product, packaging, and shipping label. Our team will evaluate the situation and, if valid, arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Important: Time-Sensitive Reporting
Reports of damaged or incorrect orders must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution due to shipping carrier policies and product sensitivity.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately to ensure timely fulfillment. As such, we are unable to cancel, edit, or modify orders after they are confirmed. Please double-check your cart contents, shipping address, and payment details before completing your purchase.

Custom Orders and Promotions
Please note that limited-edition products, bundles, and promotional kits are also non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are created in small batches and are often discounted or customized, making them ineligible for any form of return or replacement outside of valid damage claims.

Customer Responsibilities
Sanosa is not liable for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate at the time of placing the order. In the event of a failed delivery caused by incorrect details or missed delivery attempts, we are unable to resend the order or offer a refund.
